Nous travaillons en partenariat avec le CIUSSS de l&rsquo;Estrie &#8211; CHUS.<\/p>\n<p>La client\u00e8le \u00e9tant au c\u0153ur de nos pr\u00e9occupations, nous avons comme objectif le bien-\u00eatre des gens. Donc, ce qui compte pour nous c\u2019est la primaut\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 des personnes autant au niveau de la personne qui re\u00e7oit les services que celle qui les dispense.<\/p>\n<p>REM\/ Aide \u00e0 domicile conna\u00eet un essor remarquable puisqu\u2019elle r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des besoins de plus en plus croissants au sein de notre communaut\u00e9 vieillissante. <strong>Pr\u00e9sentement, nous desservons pr\u00e8s de 800 clients et employons une cinquantaine de pr\u00e9pos\u00e9es. Nous avons un deuxi\u00e8me secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 avec la Villa Castonguay qui est d\u2019offrir en location des unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles destin\u00e9es \u00e0 des personnes a\u00een\u00e9s autonomes, originaires de la MRC des Sources, et disposant de revenus modestes.<\/p>\n<p>Nos services sont offerts \u00e0 des prix abordables selon le revenu et l\u2019\u00e2ge de la client\u00e8le gr\u00e2ce au programme d\u2019exon\u00e9ration financi\u00e8re de la r\u00e9gie de l\u2019assurance maladie du Qu\u00e9bec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ramq.gouv.qc.ca\/fr\/citoyens\/programmes-aide\/aide-domestique\/pages\/aide-domestique.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(PEFSAD)<\/a>.
